Emma joined us last year to help keep our vans on the road and fully equipped with all the tools and equipment our technicians use on site. Her role in business support helps to keep her one step ahead of what they need.

Conor is part of Airmec’s south team. With his background working for one of the UK’s largest construction and infrastructure providers, he is able to offer valuable experience in ductwork installation and more.

Jimmy joined our in-house fire damper remedials team in 2024. He brings a wealth of experience and qualifications in fire damper and ventilation work, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met.

Hannah’s experience in PPM is backed up by key qualifications including IOSH Managing Safety, and she is now completing her NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK) studies.

In his first three years at Airmec, Wayne has completely mastered the logistics of plant hire. He gets the right equipment on site, and deals with any additional needs of site engineers, helping to keep everyone safe.

Hardeep enjoys spending time on site with our customers and is proud of the strong and enduring relationships we have built. She believes that the only way to do great work is to love what you do!

Sarah oversees the Sales Support Team and Account Managers, setting the bar high for excellent service levels when quoting for new business or scheduling work. She loves a challenge.

Paul came to us with water skills and now has qualifications and expert knowledge in air work as well. He oversees site supervisors and technicians reviewing all jobs and processes from start to completion.

We’ve helped Paul to gain many more industry qualifications including Competent Person HVAC (HTM03), P602, W501- Measurement of Hazardous Substances & W505 – Control of Hazardous Substances.

Jack joined us as an Air Technician in 2018. Since then, we’ve helped him to get his NVQ Level 3 in ventilation system installation and now he’s a lead mechanical technician in our remedial team.

Mandy joined us six years ago as an Operations Coordinator and now manages a team of seven as our Operations and Business Support Manager. They make sure everything comes together on the day for customers and Airmec field staff alike.
