Jack takes the lead on ventilation hygiene risk and IAQ assessments, as well as duct condition surveys. He joined us as an air technician five years ago and we’ve been proud to help him gain top industry qualifications.

Becca is a familiar face on site, where her proven skills as a team leader come to the fore in supporting our field technicians. She makes sure we continue to provide an efficient and reliable service.

Jimmy joined our in-house fire damper remedials team in 2024. He brings a wealth of experience and qualifications in fire damper and ventilation work, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met.

Hannah’s experience in PPM is backed up by key qualifications including IOSH Managing Safety, and she is now completing her NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK) studies.

Sarah oversees the Business Support function at Airmec, providing essential support across the business to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. Having been with Airmec for over four years, Sarah previously worked within the Sales Team before moving into her current role.
With a background in Office Management, Sarah brings a wealth of organisational and administrative experience, supporting both our field-based technicians and office teams. Her focus on process improvement, compliance and operational support helps the business deliver excellent service to our customer

Paul is a testament to our commitment to career development. Joining with a strong background in water services, he progressed from Service Delivery Manager to HSEQ Manager and has added qualifications in air services to his impressive CV.

Jay-anne is at the hub of our operations, making sure everyone’s requirements are met and the right people and equipment are in the right place at the right time – exactly when the customer is expecting them.

Paul oversees our air and ventilation services having won many industry qualifications since joining us including Competent Person HVAC (HTM03), P602, and W501 (Measurement) and W505 (Control) of Hazardous Substances.

Jack joined us as an Air Technician in 2018. Since then, we’ve helped him to get his NVQ Level 3 in ventilation system installation to progress to a lead mechanical technician. Jack has since stepped into management and is now our Remedials Manager!

Mandy joined us nine years ago as an Operations Coordinator and now manages our Contracts and Operations team. They make sure everything comes together on the day for customers and Airmec field staff alike.
