Airmec’s success is built on teamwork. Behind every surveyor, inspector and technician arriving at a customer site is a whole network of support staff.
It starts with the initial survey and risk assessment. Then our operations and account management specialists scope the work and suggest a realistic timetable, prepare method statements and schedule the works to ensure all the right equipment is on-site when our skilled technicians arrive on site.

Mitchell oversees our fire damper remedial works team and the team is thriving under his leadership. His skills and qualifications bridge technical know-how and practical supervisory expertise in high security and other sectors.

Conor is part of Airmec’s south team. With his background working for one of the UK’s largest construction and infrastructure providers, he is able to offer valuable experience in ductwork installation and more.

Jimmy joined our in-house fired damper remedials team in 2024. He brings a wealth of experience and qualifications in fire damper and ventilation work, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met.

Ben joined us in February 23, bringing his experience in air hygiene cleaning and fire damper testing and fitting, all backed by by his knowledge of compliance codes and standards including TR19 and BS9999.

Jay-anne is at the hub of our operations, making sure everyone’s requirements are met and the right people and equipment are in the right place at the right time – exactly when the customer is expecting them.

We’ve helped Paul to gain many more industry qualifications including Competent Person HVAC (HTM03), P602, W501- Measurement of Hazardous Substances & W505 – Control of Hazardous Substances.

Jack joined us as an Air Technician in 2018. Since then, we’ve helped him to get his NVQ Level 3 in ventilation system installation and now he’s a lead mechanical technician in our remedial team.

Mandy joined us six years ago as an Operations Coordinator and now manages a team of seven as our Operations and Business Support Manager. They make sure everything comes together on the day for customers and Airmec field staff alike.

Ray is the key man in the training and development of Airmec’s technicians. He’s hands-on so he understands – and delivers – the support our field staff need to ensure consistent high quality standards for our customers.
