We looking to appoint a Digital Marketing & Sales Executive working closely with the Commercial & Sales Team here at Airmec. Following recent organic growth within our existing customer base, we are seeking opportunities within our sector with new customers and the successful candidate will help achieve our Sales Strategies for 2025 and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Commercial Manager & Sales Department to create & execute a digital sales marketing strategy in line with business plan.
• Optimize our Social Media Profiles profile.
• Generate leads through our Social Media Channels, through posts, articles & proactive networking.
• Create compelling & targeted marketing content for various platforms to increase brand awareness & generate leads.
• Generate email campaigns to targeted audiences
• Generate content on Company Website
• Write blogs & general maintenance/housekeeping of our website to optimize our SEO performance
• Identify, engage & close new business opportunities in our sector within the digital marketing space leveraging data & trends to drive growth.
• Use web analytics to analyse performance.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to tailor solutions that meet clients need (Marketing, SEO etc).
• Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging digital marketing strategies & competitive landscape.
• Monitor competition & provide ideas to SLT to stand out.
• Manage a budget for social media & PPC Campaigns.
• Monitor & Develop reports for competitor activity within social media spaces for SLT.
• Generate Reports for SLT on Media, PPC & any other marketing campaigns.
• Create Blogs, and creative story telling through photography/videography.
Skills
• Proven experience within the digital marketing & advertising sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Web & Content Developing.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently & in a timely manner.
• Solid knowledge of online marketing tools & best practices.
• Excellent analytical & reporting skills.
• Self motivated, goal-oriented & results driven mindset.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• CIM / IDM or equivalent Qualification preferred.
• Knowledge of basic coding (HTML, CSS) & CMS Platforms such as WordPress preferred.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics.
