We see our job as keeping air and water hygiene as uncomplicated as possible for facilities and estates managers, and making sure there are no surprises that delay you in achieving the compliance standards you need.
The regulatory framework gives us an objective view on the standards we need to achieve to keep people safe in the workplace. But regulations and codes cannot tell how to manage preventive maintenance and remedial work in a way that minimises disruption to your business. Nor can they give you a site-specific understanding of what needs to be done, or the different levels or priority and the timescales you need to work to.
That’s where we come in, with a hand-picked team for each project drawing from the strong pool of expertise we have built up here at Airmec Essential Services
We’ve been in business since 2003 and our original values and vision remain unchanged. As an independent business, we answer only to our customers. We have focussed relentlessly on our own team building, avoiding endemic industry problems of “churn”. We are committed to continuing development of a skilled workforce that delivers an effective, quality service and has the ability to manage a project and its budget from start to finish.
We remain fiercely competitive, without compromise on delivering an effective, quality service using established and practical methods to achieve compliance standards you can trust. Try us.
We continue to build on our solid foundations, offering both breadth and depth of experience, as our latest recruits show. We’d like to introduce some of them:
Aaron Yeo: Commercial Manager
Arron (pictured above right) joins Airmec with over 20 years’ experience within commercial operations. Overseeing all aspects of project management, business planning, financial and contract management. Arron has a strong track record in creating and implementing processes to assist with streamlining a seamless service to customers.
Hannah Lloyd: Pre Planned Maintenance (PPM) Manager
Hannah plays a key role in managing and oversees the internal labour pre-planned maintenance work for ‘one off’ works.
Very experienced within facilities management, Hannah also brings valuable qualifications including IOSH Managing Safety, and continues to complete the NEBOSH Health & Safety in Construction.
Mitchell Green: Site Supervisor South
Mitchell makes sure that work on site is always co-ordinated and compliant to latest standards. He brings the enthusiasm and ambition that is Airmec’s hallmark to his new role. We look forward to helping him continue his career progression.
Carl Smith: Remedials Technician
We are also growing our fire damper remedials team to ensure we can provide a complete, in-house service from initial inspection to correcting any faults. Carl Smith is the latest mechanical technician to join us.
