Congratulations to our new Commercial Manager Aaron Yeo who smashed his first marathon with a time of 3:43:47, and still arrived back at work brimming with even more energy than before.
For anyone looking to be more productive with their everyday life, including supporting a hectic work/home liefstyle balance, he seriously recommends being more physically active.
Aaron said: “With everyday stresses increasing, and no real let up in the cost of living challenges, I can see that more people are turning to fitness as the foundation of a more positive mindset. Record numbers have applied for the 2025 London Marathon, which surely proves my point.”
There’s no need to go to Aaron’s lengths, or to spend a fortune, as there are plenty of more gentle ways to improve your fitness. Take it one day at a time. Check out the NHS advice here.
